OUR COVENANT:

The New Covenant World Outreach Church, as a church in a bond of unity has accepted for her members the following covenants;

Being convinced by the Holy Ghost, we should receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and saviour and on the profession of our faith in Him, we should be baptized by immersion in water, in the name of the Lord, and that we do now, and most solemnly and joyfully enter into a holy covenant with one another as one body in Christ

We believe and therefore, promise that we will watch over and counsel one another in the spirit of brotherly love; that we will remember one another in prayers. That we will help one another in trials, sickness, temptation, and persecution. We should walk together in Christian love by the Holy Ghost, to help ourselves, to strive for the advancement of this ministry in knowledge, holiness and comfort. To sustain her worship ordinances, discipline and doctrine.



To promote her prosperity and spirituality. To contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the church, the relief of the poor and the spread of the gospel throughout the world.



We are in covenant to maintain daily devotions, to religiously educate our children, to seek the salvation of our kindred and acquaintances, to live carefully in this present world, to be just in our dealings, faithful in our engagements and exemplary in our conducts, to avoid all gossip, back-biting, rebellion and excessive anger, to abstain from everything that will cause our brother or sister to stumble or that will bring reproach upon the cause of Christ and to strive to grow in Grace and knowledge of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, that amidst evil and good reports, we will be humble and earnestly seek to live to the honour and glory of Him who loved us and gave Himself for us



Moreover, we promise that when we move from this very place of our fellowship, we will as quickly as possible unite with some other church, where we can carry out the spirit of this Holy Covenant and the principles of the word of God.
